Great design can happen in little spaces. Sometimes having lots of limitations can lead to creative outcomes, making the most out of the space.

The client needed to incorporate the laundry facilities and open up the space without loosing full access to the view. A small but functional kitchen was required to replace the original kiwi villa kitchen, using modern, more durable materials.

We were very happy with the final result, it also helps when the location is truly beautiful!
